« Croda has unveiled its new Center of Excellence for Africa at Boksburg, South Africa. Like its equivalents in the UK, US, Singapore, Mexico and France, the testing center will offer formulation and efficacy support for new skin and hair care products for Croda’s customers.
“Marketing demands are intense when it comes to product claims, which is why scientific substantiation is key,” said guest speaker Roy Gardiner, Treasurer of COSCHEM at the opening ceremony. “Beauty products are expected to prove their efficacy beyond label claims requiring statistical data from technical teams like Croda.”
Croda chose to invest further in the South African market due to rising disposable incomes and growing demand for more sophisticated and solution-orientated products. »
