Michelle Murphy Niedziela, Ph.D., is a behavioral neuroscience expert in neuropsychology, psychology and consumer science with a focus on flavor and fragrance technologies. She obtained her doctorate and master’s in neuroscience and biopsychology from Purdue University, and currently focuses on integrating neuromarketing tools with traditional methods to measure consumer experiences in relation to flavor and fragrance development.
Laura Finkelstein received her bachelor’s in biology from Tufts University and master’s in public health from Yale University. She currently is the U.S. vice president/team leader at SENSANALYSIS, where she specializes in translating consumer sensory experiences into actionable insights for product concepts, package design and marketing communications.
